Manufacturers of electric motorcycles are hoping to make huge changes to the industry. Although they’re still in their infancy, their style, range, and capabilities are rapidly improving. But which ones are the best?

Here are some of the best electric motorcycles, according to Luxe.

Overall Best

Energica EGO+ / RS gets their vote, and why not? Its range of 261 miles and top speed of 150 miles per hour are more than enough to influence your decision. With 171 HP, this bike goes from zero to 60 miles per hour in 2.6 seconds. The only downside is the high price of $20,000. But when you consider what you’ll save on gas, it’s easier to justify the initial cost.

Best Value

Although this bike is slightly less expensive than the Energica EGO+/RS, the Zero SR/S is their best value because of its style, features, statistics, and quality manufacturing. It goes from zero to 60 miles per hour in 3.5 seconds and can reach a top speed of 124 miles per hour. Those factors, along with a range of 227 miles, will assure you that you’ll get the most bang for your buck.

Best Premium

The Harley-Davidson LiveWire wins this category thanks to its acceleration, comfort, ease of handling, suspension, and quality craftsmanship. The bike goes from zero to 60 miles per hour in three seconds, has a range of 146 miles, and reaches a top speed of 95 miles per hour. But this premium bike comes at a premium price of $39,729.

Most Stylish

The Arc Vector is British-made, and if James Bond had a motorcycle, this would be it. Luxe calls it a “nostalgic, trendy neo-cafe racer design” of a high-quality, performance electric motorcycle. This bike goes from zero to 60 miles per hour in 3.2 seconds, has a top speed of 125 miles per hour, has a range of 362 miles, and is fully charged in 40 minutes.

To complete your look, Arc Vector offers custom-fit jackets and helmets thanks to a complimentary head scan. If MI-6 isn’t footing the bill, you must pay $118,000.

Best Commuter

Starting at only $17,000, the Damon Hypersport is an economical choice for going to work and running errands.

This lightweight motorcycle has a 200-mile range, goes from zero to 60 miles per hour in three seconds, and claims to have a zero-maintenance design. Damon says their motorcycle is the world’s safest due to its sensors and cameras that constantly search around you for obstacles and warn you of potential trouble.

Less Expensive

Starting at $5,000, the Sondors Metacycle is perfect for those not interested in breaking the bank.

Luxe calls it a quiet, stylish, and fast electric motorcycle that’s an excellent value. The minimalist design still maintains comfort while reaching a top speed of 80 miles per hour and a range of 80 miles.
