We’re the like-minded adventurists you’ve seen around town. We like to talk shop, discover fresh trails, and we have banded together with the motorcycle community to support it and keep it thriving. Whether you need legal advice or just a trip recommendation – we’re close by and ready to ride.
We’re more than just lawyers for motorcycle riders. We’re fixtures in the Orlando motorcycle community – the back warmers who want to see you safe, sound, and often. You’ve seen us at Daytona Bike Week and Lutzapalooza. We’ve shared stories with the Cartel Baggers at Smoke Run, talked custom kits at Toe Jam Backlot’s Biker Build Off, supported inclusion at the 2Wheels2Gether – All Female Ride, and sponsored many other events that celebrate fellow wanderers. After all, bikers look out for bikers, and Rubenstein Law looks out for you.
Our involvement in the Orlando motorcycle community has connected us to various organizations that support our mission to help riders like you stay safe and active.
Is your bike out of commission? Over the years we’ve partnered with the best bike dealers, local repair shops, and bike organizations in Orlando. Let us put you in touch with the people who do exceptional work.
We know great local medical professionals. If you’re hurt on a ride, we’re happy to make introductions, discuss your options, and help you get the best possible care or if you have a doctor you know and trust, you can always use them.

We wouldn’t be us if we didn’t talk about the latest and greatest bikes out there. We’ll look at safety ratings, the newest features, and how to go fast.
At the same time, we strongly recommend that riders have an understanding of some common motorcycle laws, and what you should do in case you’re ever in an accident.
Because after all, accidents do happen – even to experienced bikers.
Florida follows the Comparative Negligence Rule. Essentially, you can still receive compensation, but it will be reduced by your degree of fault. So, if you sustained $100,000 in damages, but shared 10% of the fault, you could recover $90,000.
It’s not all bike nights, rallies, and meetups at Rubenstein Law. Unfortunately, motorcycle accidents in Orlando are a reality. We hope you never need our services, but if you or a loved one need help, we’re always available and easy to reach.
